Biker Jacket, Eastern Avenue, LEICESTER.

Great low-sun through the leaves and twigs-brilliant big hair and zipped up biker jacket, skinny jeans and i can't remember the shoes but i think they were yellow ankle boots.

Got a snap, and will stick it up next couple of days.

Thanks to her!

One of the girls of the year.

Wedges, Walnut Street, LEICESTER.

I had some free-time, petrol and a car half way up the Fosse already, so I thought might as well go and visit that friend in Leicester and see the fashion too.

At Walnut Street and the excitingly named Eastern Boulevard I hung around and watched and sometimes photographed who I saw there.

I thought this girl had a Top Shop duffle coat but I can't find it on their site, with the hemp string held toggles looking new, maybe it was last year's. Her wedges looked good too but most of all her extreme bob caught my eye the most as she waited for the traffic to stop.

Two J-girls, MILANO.

Only Japanese girls sit like this, they quietly occupy small spaces and keep it neat.

Motion Blurr, MILANO.

Sophia, Gallery 150, LEAMINGTON.

Sophia stands in-front of a painting of her behind at the Melvyn Warren-Smith opening at Gallery150 in Leamington last Tuesday 22nd. There's another great painting of her bottom there, so well worth a visit, on show until the 4th of December.

Wow to the turquoise scarf, digging the shine.

Peeking out from photos, LEAMINGTON

Not sure why i'm doing these at the moment, looks good though with all the gloss and the curves and the woman peeking out from it once the jigsaw is complete.

Sorry about the whistling, bumcrack, skinniness, silly scarf and floppy hair. The General Annoyances.

later on cut out the middle white lines.

Mid-Day, MILANO.

Didn't see too many (this was the only one) instances of high glam in Milan this time around. Didn't stop her to ask her if I could do one of her, just cycled ahead of her and waited for her to emerge from the arches she was walking down.

Would have made all the tourists of San Babila's day if she'd strided down the middle of the precinct.

Model Type on the Train, England.

Here is when drawing deserted me with this fantastic woman on the train. This is the picture i need to rectify.

I think i said something stupid too, like i'll give you a pair of good legs, she already had incredible legs.

(She had a 40s jacket, very wide and short, looked like i said like a Bladerunner babe. A nice quiet way about her too, big sad eyes-in a good way. Awesome chick. )

I gave up drawing and just scribbled colours and styles so when i start to sort it out, will have more than memory to do something good with.

Should be ok, check back to see how i get on.

A million pardons.

(it says fake fur for the boot trim)

Will colour this in and tidy it up...

Like so...work in prgrss

Needs a background but great woman.

And have quickly made her a bit more sad around the eyes. Not that she seemed sad but had a great face that looked a bit mysterious.

Sorted the legs a bit, moved the knee caps UP. Great style, thanks to her. One of the girls of the year

iPad and iPhone girls, Cross Country Trains, ENGLAND.

Oh boy, i should keep off public transport and on the whole i do. But tonight i couldn't i needed planes, trains and buses to get back to the house i try not to call home, but it probably is.

I might be a public nuisance.

I quietly drew two women hopefully unobserved. The first watching a movie on the train (Date Night), she seemed OK with being drawn.
Then I blew it by giving the second woman a card and showing her the picture of her standing up in her Uggs while she danced to her Japan-pop on her iPhone drawn when she was waiting on the platform earlier, while she was now on the train---she looked a little shocked. The two young women were united in their identical Uggs and iOS technology.

Pure co-incidence that we were travelling together. Check the allocated tickets your honour.

Sorry about that.

THEN, this great woman came on in 40s jacket and leggings, looking like someone out of Bladerunner who i said 'can i draw you'? Unfortunately i did a drawing a chimpanzee would do, but i can sort it out on a computer and will upload v. soon.

Anyhow, good to be back in the UK with its variety of people and the friendly girls.

Cate in the Cucina, Sesto Style, MILANO.

In her dad's desecrated jumper which couldn't fit her better, shrunk by her gran, and skinny jeans, drinking water and asking 'che cosa fai' she declares she is pretend Milano as she's really from Sesto Rondo.

No lo so.

Thanks to her, drawn on the Ryanair Express.

Pop Socks, Sesto Rondo, MILANO.

Star Planet employee lent me scissors to open a package i just bought, dug her ankle warmers, needed in 1 degree weather, still keeping the faith in the shorts though.

Haven't quite mastered chinese faces yet, and my body temperature (i was outside on a concrete bench drawing) couldn't handle anymore attempts.

Fedora and Poncho, MILANO.

Saw this South American look and style on new blogger Kheidy in central square today. Took some snaps but haven't scanned them yet, so did a pic from memory.

Looks like i have got the poncho wrong, stripes going up down and not wide enough in the shoulder but you get the idea. Saw a man on a motorbike in a poncho, maybe you can in Milan, but not sure about doing this in Birmingham. Would keep the damp out though.

Looked good on her :)

snaps to follow.

thanks to her.

Green Coffee, MILANO

Green coffee style in McCafe, sorry but i like their coffee and the bambolone.

Hime-gyaru, thanks to you for letting me snap you!

Perspective Changes, Villa Real, MONZA.

I become the curiosity now, with my English accent, hat and bike-style. Girl photographers in Monza Villa Real Park snap me up.

Lots of Fantastic Finto Fur, via Farina, MILANO.

Super textured lady in Carrefour di Via Farina, with a lot of faux-fur on her boots, collar and her dress fuzzy too.

Will colour this in when have a good scan.

Pavement Flyer, Sesto Rondo, MILANO

Bladerunner hair and flying along on her mono-patino, took me a long time to catch up with her on my borrowed bike, she was doing maybe 15 miles per hour i reckon. Black and white and grey with some black wedges which didn't slow her down. Black lips too. Very futuristic.

Exciting style, Paul Smith Collection Sale, MILANO.

An exciting woman in grey jumper, black leggings, grey wedges, fantastic bob, big red lipstick, taking calls and receiving visitors in the Paul Smith centre today, while my friend Silvia shopped for shoes there.

(will do a better scan and colouring in of these when get back to the UK).

UPDATE: Have decided thankfully the photo of Kim walking is better than a picture that i could draw. You can see all the textures and detail and energy and fun of the gal too.

(I went back to give Kim a print, and she coincidentally had the same outfit on as before, so we shot it like the sketch :) great when you can do this)

Thanks to Kim and her killer red lips.

1993 and all that, LEAMINGTON

TIGHT short dresses, pink or otherwise, and big boots over patterned tights reminds me of 1993 to me but I don't know why.

Thanks to Irene!

Knitted Up, STRATFORD

Looking warm in the perma-drizzle in all her wool-wear, not sure if she was waiting for a bus, i told her i wanted to get some info for a drawing, must have looked like a wicked predator, but she laughed it off.

Another Stylist, WARWICK

I like stylists style as it usually involves lots of black, is body conscious and showy too.

This one was in a lot of black, some of it shiny with an eye catching polka dot tulip skirt.

I read there will be lots of dots about this autumn, i think this was the first i have seen so far.

Cowgirl Stylist, STRATFORD

Big cowboy/girl boots again in Stratford, this time on a hair-stylist on her lunch break, wearing shorts and a slashcut race back vest, all in black with her scissors holstered on her hip. A warm sunny November day. I think she's from Achille in Stratford.

Massive Cowgirl boots, STRATFORD

Saw this girl finishing off her milkshake and waiting for a Henley-in-Arden bus in a leatherette biker jacket, blouse, jeans and huge cowboy boots. The bus came and she got on before I could ask to photograph her.

Excited poses from a photographer, LONDON.

It's a very exciting moment, when a woman you don't know says yes you can take her pic. That's when things begin to melt for me. I stop caring what i'm doing, where i am and what i look like. I may well look like this man, sans pony tail, while taking pictures, it may be inevitable.

Stripes brown and blue, STRATFORD.

Extraordinary lady in Stratford, in blue and brown, went around the block to try and find her, fortunately I did and she agreed. What a pose too!

Slightly unfortunately, I pushed the camera a little too hard for the circumstances and so its a little blurred. But I like it nonetheless, as its like a sketch.

Fantastic outfit and a figure to suit.

Stratford is quietly swish, thanks to her!

A Tale of Two Biker Jackets, LEAMINGTON

Charles Dickens would have liked the lanterns from the winebar and the droopy railings from the Regency buildings.

I was too slow to get the biker jacket girls to pose for my old camera, so here's a sketch of two outfits on two different girls that walked past the two lanterns.

One had a little playsuit on with big heeled boots and blonde hair, yabbed on the phone while smoking. The other shot past in a tight blue dress and flat shoes, rich black hair bouncing like an advert.

Both biker-esqe jackets. Not sure what this says about who wears them, probably nothing. There was a massive ZRX1100 parked a little further down the street, how great it would have been if they'd slipped off on it.
